Shipping Policy for Riders

1. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Cruising Rate: We offer standard flat-rate shipping on all gear roaring out from our HQ in Glasgow Scotland.
  • Throttle Adjustments: Sometimes the road gets rocky—odd-shaped cargo, heavy loads, distant hideaways, carrier demands, or surprise costs. If we need to tweak your shipping fee, we'll rev up a message to you first and get your thumbs-up before we roll on.
  • US CUSTOMS AND TARIFF: WE PRE PAY ALL CHARGES WHEN SHIP

2. Order Processing Time

  • Usually, we fire up and send out your order within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, no UK public holidays).
  • During peak traffic, hot sales, or unforeseen roadblocks, it might take a bit longer. We'll shoot you an update if there's a delay.

3. Estimated Ride Times

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days from dispatch.
  • Europe: 5–10 business days from dispatch.
  • Rest of the World: 7–15 business days from dispatch.

Remember, these ride times are just guideposts. Actual speed depends on destination and the delivery crew.

4. Tracking Your Gear

We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your gear hits the road. Give the system about 24 hours to wake up and start tracking.

5. Taxes, Duties & Customs

  • UK Riders: VAT's all-inclusive at checkout.
  • International Riders: Taxes, customs duties, or import charges aren't covered by BikeSafe.me. That’s between you and your local authorities.

Refusing to pay these charges, causing gear to get returned or trashed, means you’ll foot the bill for original shipping, return shipping, and any other fees before we issue any refund.

6. Gear Returned or Lost in Transit

If your gear comes back because it was ignored, turned down, or shipped to an address you bungled, we’ll reach out. You decide if you want another go (additional shipping fees apply) or a refund minus incurred costs.

7. Risk on the Road

Once your gear is in the carrier's hands, the risk is yours. We’re not responsible for any mishaps on the road, but we'll back you up in filing claims with the carrier if needed.
