Remember, these ride times are just guideposts. Actual speed depends on destination and the delivery crew.
4. Tracking Your Gear
We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your gear hits the road. Give the system about 24 hours to wake up and start tracking.
5. Taxes, Duties & Customs
Refusing to pay these charges, causing gear to get returned or trashed, means you’ll foot the bill for original shipping, return shipping, and any other fees before we issue any refund.
6. Gear Returned or Lost in Transit
If your gear comes back because it was ignored, turned down, or shipped to an address you bungled, we’ll reach out. You decide if you want another go (additional shipping fees apply) or a refund minus incurred costs.
7. Risk on the Road
Once your gear is in the carrier's hands, the risk is yours. We’re not responsible for any mishaps on the road, but we'll back you up in filing claims with the carrier if needed.
