30-Day Road Test
You’ve got 30 days from the moment your gear lands at your doorstep to decide if it's the perfect fit. If it ain’t right for you, hit us up for a return.
Return Requirements
Gear must roll back to us exactly how it rolled out to you— unused or slightly used, physically intact, and in original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.
To kickstart your return, drop us an email at contact@bikesafe.me. We'll send you clear instructions and a return shipping label if your return gets the green light. Remember, all returns come back to our UK address.
Important: Don’t send gear back without getting the thumbs-up from us first—it won't be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Check your gear the moment it hits your doorstep. If something’s banged up, faulty, or you got the wrong stuff, let us know immediately so we can jump into action and sort it out.
Quick Exchanges
Want different gear in a flash? The fastest way is to return the original item and then fire up a new order separately once the return clears.
European Union: 14-Day Cool-Down Lap
If you’re cruising in the EU, you have 14 days from receiving your gear to cancel or return it for any reason—no questions asked. As always, the gear needs to be brand new, unworn, with tags and original packaging, plus your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
After we inspect your returned gear, we’ll hit you up to let you know if the refund’s a go. Approved refunds hit your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks or card companies might take extra time processing.
We do not charge re-stocking fee.
If you don’t see your refund within 15 business days of approval, reach out to us at contact@bikesafe.me and we’ll get it sorted.
